Where do your tours leave from & what time?

Giant’s Causeway & Game of Thrones Tours 8.30am SHARP from our office at 22-32 Donegall ROAD (not Donegall Street, Square, Place, Square or Pass) Belfast, BT12 5JN.  We arrive back in Belfast at around 6pm.

Kildare Shopping Trips are from Mallusk at 8am, Glengall Street at 8.20am, Sprucefield at 8.40am, and The Outlet, Banbridge at 9am.  We depart Kildare Village at 5pm.

Is there a Child or Senior Price?

Unfortunately not.  We have kept all prices as low as possible at £35pp for the Giant’s Causeway & Game of Thrones Tours and £40 for Kildare so everyone can get great value for money.  Children are welcome to come along, all aged under 2 must travel on an accompanying adults lap and are therefore free of charge, but as soon as the child turns 2 they must have a seat of their own (it’s the law rather than our rule).  Child Car Seats may not be compatible with the seats on the coach.

 

Can I transfer my tour booking to another date if I miss the tour?

No, tickets are only valid for the date booked.

 

Is there a toilet on the coach?

Some of our coaches have bathrooms, however, these are not in use.  We make this choice because it is not safe for anyone to be out of their seat while the coach is moving.  We are happy to have regular bathroom breaks.

 

Can we drink alcohol on the coach?

No – it is illegal to carry alcohol in the passenger cabin of the coach.

 

If we’re late will the coach wait?

For tours unfortunately not – we have to be considerate to those who are on the coach on time, and who may need to return to Blefast for other arrangements.

For private hire yes, but there will be an overtime charge if you go over the original quoted times.

 

Do you do late night transfers?

Not usually.  If a late night transfer is part of a large scale booking then we will be able to accommodate it.  Unfortunately due to driver availability and strict rules on rest periods we cannot do late night transfers.

 

What sizes are your coaches?

We have lots of options:  Luxury S-Class & V-Class Mercedes Cars, then our coaches have 16, 19, 29, 37 or 53 seats.

 

Do you allow dogs?

We are more than happy to have guide/assistance dogs onboard.

 

Why are you prices sometimes a little higher than other companies?

All of our coaches are under 5 years old – and that costs a lot!  The are all fully licenced, tested, well maintained & insured.  We look after our staff well, and are fully compliant.  If someone is offering a price that is a lot lower than ours, don’t be afraid to ask to see the coach you will travel in before you book it.  A reputable company will always welcome you to do this.
